Mindbody's Starter plan is from US$99 a month per location. Accelerate and Ultimate are priced by sales quote, and Enterprise is custom (US prices, October 2026).
Go to Reports, then Mailing Lists, set your filters and select Generate, then Export to Excel and save as CSV if needed. The on-screen email box shows at most 10,000 emails, but the Excel export has no cap. Active members are in Reports, then Clients, then Members.
For Indian studios, clubs and communities, Hiive combines bookings with payouts in rupees, community Hives with chat, events and venue schedules on one calendar, campaigns and local discovery. For sports venues and courts, Hudle and Playo are other options.
