Your events bring people together. Hiive helps you run what happens around them.
Publish events, manage bookings and communities, coordinate venues, and understand what turns interest into attendance — all in one operating system for live experiences of every kind, from gigs to run clubs.
The moving parts, in one place.
See active events, venue bookings, shop orders, join requests and key financial figures from a shared business workspace. Surface the next action without stitching together spreadsheets and inboxes.
- 1
Activity across the business
Events, venue bookings, shop orders and join requests side by side.
- 2
Money at a glance
Each figure says exactly what it includes — sales, walk-ins, shop and pending payout.
- 3
What needs attention
Join requests, venue status and stock, surfaced before they turn into problems.
Built for three kinds of partner
Every event has its own way in.
Set up the experience, schedule, tickets and public page around how you want people to take part. A public class and a tightly curated event don't have to share the same entry rules.
Event setup and ticketingFive steps from idea to launch: Basics, Schedule, Tickets, Public page and a Launch check before anything goes live.
Who can get into an event
Request to join. People ask to take part, and you review each request before they're in.
Who can join your community
Open. Anyone can join your Hive directly.
The membership queue: review each request, with every decision kept under Pending, Approved, Denied, Cancelled or Expired.
Curated doesn’t mean more admin.
Requests and applications land in one queue with the answers people gave, so deciding who’s in takes a glance rather than a thread of DMs.
Memberships and join requestsKeep the calendar and the floor in sync.
Manage event dates alongside a venue's bookable schedule, check for conflicts, and manage published venue listings from the same workspace. Create an event once, then keep its timing and venue operations visible to everyone running it.
Venue schedulingThe combined operations calendar: event dates and the venue's bookable schedule meet here for conflict checking.
Venue listings with live status and published bookable services.
The event queue: what's upcoming, live and completed, and what has no next date.
See where interest turns into attendance — and where it drops off.
Event-page and booking-page visits, booking attempts, confirmed bookings, ticket sales and check-ins. Follow the booking funnel to see where people leave, and compare daily activity across every tracked action.
Event analyticsVisitors, identified viewers, booking-page visitors and confirmed bookings, over a daily activity chart you can slice by series.
The route from arrival to confirmed booking, with the biggest single loss called out and side-door routes kept separate.
Signed-in viewers, matched against their interest in the event. Personal details blurred here.
Who you can see
People who viewed while signed in — and people who viewed first and signed in later, once they’re matched to their account.
Who stays anonymous
Signed-out visitors. They count towards your totals and funnel, but Hiive never names an anonymous visitor.
Keep the relationship going after the event.
Create targeted campaigns to promote an event, share an announcement or offer, follow up after an event, nudge renewals, win back quiet members or send a weekly digest. Hiive Card links your loyalty benefits to the Hiive audience and gives members a reason to return.
CampaignsStart from an objective, then move through audience, content, preview & test and review.

Members carry Hiive Card in the app. The offer, who’s eligible and how it’s redeemed are scoped with each partner.
Operational detail when you need it.
Review payout status and timing alongside fees and tax-invoice information. If you run a shop, track orders, net revenue, average order value and fulfilment in the same workspace.
Payouts and shopPayout states, how each payout is calculated, platform-fee tax invoices and what's coming next.
Shop sales, orders, delivery zones and fulfilment signals for the period you pick.

What partners ask first
The Hiive software is free for the first couple of months while we set up your business and run real activity together. Once we can both see what Hiive is contributing, we sit down and agree a fee that makes sense for your business. There is no fixed public rate.
Venues with bookable spaces and sessions, event IPs that run a recurring or branded event, and organizers running one-off or recurring events and communities — any kind of live experience: music and nightlife, comedy, arts and workshops, food, learning, sport, fitness and wellness, and community meetups.
Yes, separately. Each event can be request to join (you review each request), invite-only (only invited people can access or join) or application-based (you collect an application and decide who is accepted). Your Hive — your community on Hiive — can be open, invite-only or closed, where closed means it is private and not open for general discovery or joining.
You can see people who viewed your event while signed in, and people who viewed before signing in are matched to their account once they do. Signed-out visitors cannot be named, so they only appear in your total and aggregate views. Hiive does not reveal the identity of anonymous visitors.
Yes. Hiive's combined operations calendar shows event dates alongside a venue's bookable schedule so you can check for conflicts. Each one is still changed from its own calendar.
