Hiive Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. ("Hiive", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and respectful environment for all users on our platform. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse, exploitation, and grooming.
This Child Safety Standards document ("Standards") outlines our rules, detection systems, reporting procedures, and enforcement actions regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
BY USING THE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THESE STANDARDS. ANY VIOLATION WILL LEAD TO IMMEDIATE ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND REPORTING TO THE APPROPRIATE LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Hiive prohibits the creation, facilitation, dissemination, upload, or sharing of any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation. This includes, but is not limited to:
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): images, videos, illustrations, or digital representations showing the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE): text, messages, or activities that groom, exploit, or attempt to harm minors sexually.
Grooming behavior: communications designed to establish a relationship with a minor to facilitate sexual abuse or exploitation.
Any content or behavior that violates these guidelines will be immediately removed, and the associated accounts will be permanently banned.
Proactive Monitoring & Detection
To keep our community safe, Hiive utilizes a combination of proactive detection tools and human moderation:
Automated Filters: We may use automated tools to detect and block suspicious keywords, media, and patterns associated with CSAE and CSAM in user profiles, posts, chats, and comments.
Human Moderation: We review user reports and flagged content, and may use human review and automated alerts to take action against policy violations.
System Safeguards: We limit search terms and hashtags that may be associated with sensitive themes to prevent the discovery of harmful content.
Reporting Mechanisms
We encourage our community to immediately report any suspected child exploitation, grooming, or abuse. You can report through:
In-App Reporting: Use the built-in flag/report tool available on user profiles, posts, and chats.
Direct Email: Send an urgent report to jai@hiive.club. Please include as much detail as possible, such as screenshots, usernames, and content links.
All reports are treated with the highest priority and confidentiality. Our safety team reviews reported items promptly and takes appropriate action.
Law Enforcement & NCMEC Cooperation
In accordance with applicable laws, Hiive cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations:
Reporting to Authorities: We report suspected CSAM, CSAE, grooming, and related activities to relevant law enforcement or child protection authorities as required by applicable law. Where applicable, this may include the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other domestic or international authorities.
Data Retention: We may preserve relevant account details, IP addresses, messages, and associated metadata where required or permitted by law to assist in investigations.
Legal Requests: We respond to subpoenas, warrants, and emergency requests from government and law enforcement entities to protect minors.
Account Termination & Penalties
Any user found violating these standards will face immediate, permanent suspension of all accounts associated with them. We may block device identifiers, IP addresses, and phone numbers to prevent re-registration. No warnings or appeals will be provided for confirmed CSAE violations.
