Event setup and ticketing, built around how people get in
Every event on Hiive goes through the same five steps, so nothing goes live half-finished: basics, schedule, tickets, the public page, and a launch check. What changes from event to event is who gets in.
Basics, Schedule, Tickets, Public page and Launch check — with your own event URL and up to six photos and videos.
Five-step setup with a launch check
Name, URL, description and media; then schedule; then tickets; then the public page. The launch check comes last, before anything is published.
Three ways in
Request to join, where you review each request; invite-only, where only invited people can access or join; or application-based, where you collect an application and decide who's accepted.
One-off or recurring
Run a single night or a weekly session. The event queue shows what's upcoming, live and completed, and flags events with no upcoming dates.
Check-in at the door
Scan tickets with the workspace scanner. Check-ins, scans and manual overrides all show up in the event's activity.
Seen where people look
Published events surface to people nearby in the Hiive app, as well as on their own public page and booking link.
The event queue, with upcoming, live and completed counts, list and calendar views, and events with no upcoming date flagged.
