Mindbody has an engineering office in Pune. Whether Indian studios commonly use it, and whether Mindbody Payments is available in India, isn't confirmed, so check with Mindbody before you plan. Prices below are in US dollars.
Best for
Established studios that want an all-in-one booking and membership system
Where Hiive isn't the best fit
- Hiive is newer than most tools it's compared with. Its event and community coverage is deepest in Mumbai, where it launched, and is growing city by city.
- Business pricing isn't a public rate card: the software is free for the first couple of months, then a fee is agreed with each partner based on the value delivered.
- Businesses join through an application, so setup is guided rather than instant self-serve.

Mindbody's Starter plan is from US$99 a month per location. Accelerate and Ultimate are priced by sales quote, and Enterprise is custom (US prices, October 2026).
Go to Reports, then Mailing Lists, set your filters and select Generate, then Export to Excel and save as CSV if needed. The on-screen email box shows at most 10,000 emails, but the Excel export has no cap. Active members are in Reports, then Clients, then Members.
For Indian studios, clubs and communities, Hiive combines bookings with payouts in rupees, community Hives with chat, events and venue schedules on one calendar, campaigns and local discovery. For sports venues and courts, Hudle and Playo are other options.
Mindbody is the better choice for established studios that want a mature, all-in-one system for classes, appointments, memberships and autopay, and can budget for a per-location subscription. Hiive suits Indian studios, clubs and organizers that want payouts in ₹, community Hives with chat, events and venue schedules on one calendar, and local discovery in the Hiive app.
