Limits to know before you start
- Exports are per event (or per session), so combine files yourself if you run many events.
- There's no public API documentation; automated exports would go through the Zoho Flow integration.
- Tell attendees where your events are moving before importing their details anywhere new.
Moving your community somewhere new
- 01
Tell your members first. Say where you're moving, why, and when the old space will go quiet.
- 02
Keep the export safe. Only contact people in ways they agreed to, and follow data-protection law such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- 03
Set up the new home before you announce it: your first event, your Hive, and who can join.
- 04
Run one event in both places, then point everyone to the new link.
